GLORY TO GOD

God's universe is a teaching and testing ground;
Learn we must from prophets and scientists profound,
Open our minds to enlightened ones from the past,
Roam the worldwide web for new nuggets that will last.
You and I must mine for Wisdom to pass His test,
Taste both the bitter and the sweet before we rest.
Ours is but to live and learn...and DO ACT, then die...
Good grief! We learn a bit then back to Him we fly:-
Oh, not unlike kids kicking and jumping around:-
Daylight when gone, dancing is done; We're Homeward Bound.

I dreamt I was flying in space...
A fleet of guardian vessels passed
My bow--; I guess to check my face:-
"Be glad," I said; "I'm here at last!
"I come from Planet Earth's New Age,
"Configured in the Lord's Image!"

CONSTANCY (To Jun & Rhonda...)

Continue your enduring love for each other;
On your wedding anniversary don't smother
New hopes for brighter tomorrows with baseless fears.
So here's a toast to Jun and lovely Rhonda:- CHEERS!
To your union, God grant more strength and happiness,
And may your/our garden bear fruitful blessedness!
Now, let us celebrate this joyful occasion,
Call the honeymooners to this celebration;
You can be sure True Love has no expiration!

TAKE TIME

Take time to talk with God;
Ask Him what path to plod.
Know that He'll Walk with you
Each trial trail you view.

Trust Him to be your Guide;
Insure your Vict'ry stride!
May you learn to use fortitude;
Express to God your gratitude....

KNOW GOD

Knowing that an All-Powerful Deity pervades
Not just churches or holy places but all of us,
Our logic must be concluding-- Ergo He Invades,
Whether we like or not, things both evil and righteous!?

God, having in His Image, Created puny man,
Offers each Soul a power potential greater than
Demonic might; But we must ACT to achieve God's Plan!

INCOHERENT (2)

Is there no amity at all when we debate?
No politesse, no etiquette when we converse?
Chaotic raging seems to be the norm of late
Out-shout, out-scream, and insult your rival...or worse!
Here are some tips to productive conversation:-
Engage in calm and logical disputation,
Relax and avoid a hostile/aggressive stance;
Evoke, exude, inspire, induce a COOL AMBIANCE!
Never copy fork-tongued, rabid politicians.
Talk intelligently like true Americans!

INCOHERENT (1)

I write this piece in hopes that we could augment our strategy.
No bomb or missile can destroy a poisoned theology;
Can these pariahs be stopped with better methodology?
Our foe corrupts their minds--there is where the battle must be fought!
"Hurt no one," was their Prophet's advice; Now he must be distraught.
Endless feasts with lovely houries were supposedly promised,
Reserved for the bloodthirsty and suicidal Jihadist...
Except that the Prophet knows these fantasies do not exist.
NOW must Quran (the Book on Compassion and Justice) be taught:-
Thru Tolerance, Global Peace under God's Guidance must be sought!
