Unless Uncle Sam's so-called leaders unite,
No well-intentioned measure can pass to fight,
Control, and ultimately halt the tide
Looming to drown us all in debt; Woe betide!
Expect the collapse of the U.S. dollar
Soon, if Uncle can not climb up the pillar
All the way back to less fettered laissez faire...
