All men are endowed with reason and common sense,
So why are we always at war? What's the defense?
Unless I'm proven wrong, I have this lingering
Suspicion:- ETs, our Guardians, are tinkering--
Persuading fools to seal their own dissolution,
In order to stem Earth's overpopulation...
Consider the result if birthrates are not slowed:-
Increase is exponential--as tho' a flood flowed
Over the entire surface of our Planet Earth!
Now what awaits these cullers? Agonies sans dearth....
