Planet Earth, a living biosphere, does react to survive,
Like culling when exponential birth rates go on overdrive:-
An earthquake in California, a tsunami in Japan,
Next time another typhoon may wreck another Tacloban,
Erupting volcanoes along the Pacific Rim of Fire,
These disasters can be endured but there are others more dire...
Ebola, avian flu, and other plagues caused by viruses--
All-out efforts would be needed to prevent global crises;
Regrettably, while mankind could survive these calamities,
The greatest danger to our planet is Man's own wickedness:-
Humanity's inhumanity to his own kind, no less!
