God's Sixth Commandment does not need arduous interpretation;
In self-defense, we can now paralyze a foe to inaction!
Combatting rabid rogues, however, must remain the exception.
A mad tyrant should not be allowed to have nuclear weaponry,
Lest civilization ends up in the trash bin of history.
