BREATHE DEEPLY

Breathe, inhale fresh air deeply (count up to twelve or as long as you can);
Re-oxygenate yourself from your toes to your brain, that is the plan.
Exhale thru your mouth using your belly muscles blow germs out:-Kaffee!
All toxins should be expelled, then inhale again for fresh air is free.
Take time to do this exercise at the park,on the beach or golf course;
However, stay away from smoke or vapors of questionable source.
Exercise your lungs too by singing arias with feeling and full force.

Do not forget that with each inhalation, you're breathing in
Energy from our Divine Creator and you can fill up gratis if you're w/o sin;
Even I, an imperfect being, can feel most of my ailments flee
Post haste, for the Merciful Lord's Life-giving presence gives good health free.
Like a baby learning to breathe, breathe from and thru the top of your head*:-
You will feel the surge of strength come pouring in; Trust God, be not afraid!
