You think you are poor because you don't have a mansion,
Or due to the fact that you have no gem collection.
Unemployed, often broke, trying to go on welfare?
And yet, you forget all the while you are in God's care.
Remember, He is Omnipresent and Immanent,
Ergo, His Divine Spark is in you every moment.
Run back thru the dark hallways of your despairing mind,
In that inmost sanctum you left behind, there you'll find
Christ's flickering message:-"Give up your mad search for pelf;
"Here is your Forgotten Treasure--I give you MYSELF!"
